Manager Enzo Maresca announced that Palmer will be sidelined for three weeks as a precaution.
Maresca said, 'We've decided to protect Cole a bit to prevent further deterioration.
We'll rest him for two to three weeks before the international break.
That way, we'll see if he's 100%.'
